One of the pools resident Little Owls was showing reasonably well this morning, these secrative little birds are seldom seen, although in poor light i took opportunity for a photo.

Possibly due to failure of the first nest this Little Grebe is building again and using the green bouys and netting as support .

The juvenile B N Grebe was forced down into the bottom corner this morning by the sailing boats and gave a rare chance for some photos , the bird was not seen at all yesterday and was thaught to have gone. It has now been present for ten days.
